Ordering Information You do not have to be a Nature's Sunshine member to order product through this web site. Secure On-line Shopping Cart: We have a very secure shopping cart system. "Add To Cart" buttons are located on every product page. When you use the cart, your information is automatically encrypted and we receive the information within seconds. Processing Time: Orders submitted through the Nature's Arsenal web site are normally processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours, exceptions being orders placed before 3 day weekends. When ordering PLEASE double check your information. Misspellings, mistyped addresses and credit card info can cause unnecessary delays in your order. Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order through our website, you will receive an immediate email confirming that your order has been received. This initial email will NOT reflect tax or shipping charges. After your order has been processed (usually within 24 hours), you will receive a final email confirming that your order has been processed. This email will contain the total charge for your order including any tax and shipping charges that were applied. Pricing: All orders will receive the Nature's Sunshine Member (wholesale) cost when the order is placed through the Nature's Arsenal web site. This is the lowest price available for Nature's Sunshine's products. We do not increase, or add to, the NSP wholesale price. Prices are subject to change. Outside the USA?: Currently we can only accept orders and ship to the 50 U.S. States, APO/FPO's, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. PAYMENT METHODS: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover accepted. Shipping Methods Standard Shipping Method: UPS Ground. Orders shipped to PO Boxes, APO/FPO's, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Alaska and similar destinations will be shipped via US Postal Service. You will need a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We will send you the RMA number and directions on how and where to send the product for a refund. A Note About Product StorageMost of the nutritional products you see on this web site have a shelf life of at least 18 months.
