CoEnzyme-Q 10 and Migraine Headaches

Daily doses of CoEnzyme-Q10 may help prevent the onset of migraine headaches. Patients in Japan took a single dose of 150 mg of CoEnzyme-Q10 daily and cut the frequency of migraines in half!*

It is theorized that migraines are caused by dysfunctional cellular metabolism. CoEnzyme-Q10 supports proper cellular metabolism in the mitochondria, where energy is produced, so it is not surprising that it helps reduce the occurrence of migraines.
